At what time is Check In?
Check in time is at 2:00 pm.
At what time is Check Out?
Check Out is at 12:00 noon.
I’m going to arrive at the hotel early, is it possible to do an Early Check In?
An early Checkin after 8:00am is possible at no additional charge, as long as the room is available at the time of your arrival. You can request it when you make the reservation but we cannot guarantee it.
I have an evening flight, may I stay in my room after Check Out time?
If for any reason you need your room after the official Check Out time you can request a Late Check Out at the Front Desk on the morning of your departure. Depending on room availability the Front Desk agent will be able to tell you if you can extend your stay past 12 noon.
The fee for a Late Check Out is a half rate until 4:00pm and a full rate after that time.
Can I leave my bags in storage for a few hours after I check out?
Yes, we have a secure storage room where you can leave your bags. Just ask the Front Desk agent and they´ll give you some luggage tags to identify your bags. You can retrieve them anytime between 7am and 10pm with the luggage ticket.
This service has a cost of $2.00 per item.
Something came up and I won’t be needing the reservation. May I cancel without penalty?
Yes, you may cancel the reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date without incurring a penalty.
If for any reason you did not cancel in time or simply didn’t show up for your reservation, you credit card will be charged for one night.
How often will the room be serviced?
The rooms are cleaned daily, however, as part of our commitment to conserve water and decrease the use of harsh chemicals and detergents, the towels and sheets are changed ever three days. If you wish to have yours changed more often just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
How do I move around the city?
The easiest way is by taxi. You can ask the Front Desk agent to call one for you or simply hail one at the entrance of the hotel.
The cost for one person is more or less:
$1.50 - $3.00 within the city
$2.00 to the Main Bus Terminal and Albrook Mall
$3.00 to Casco Viejo (the old city)
$6.00 to the domestic airport Marcos A. Gelabert (Albrook)
$7.00 to Clayton and The City of Knowledge

$10.00 to The Causeway (La Calzada de Amador)

Does the hotel offer transportation to and from the airport?
We do not have our own transportation fleet, but there are a few trustworthy drivers we can recommend and coordinate your transportation needs.
The discounted price they offer our guests (one way) are as follows:
$25.00 for one person
$30.00 for two people
$35.00 for three people
$40.00 for four people
For 5 or more people you´ll have to use two taxis.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
We have two rates, regular rates and rates that include American Breakfast daily for registered guests. This breakfast includes two eggs any style, ham or bacon, toast, coffee or tea and juice. Any addition or substitution will be charged to the guest separately.
If you want your rate to include breakfast all you have to do is request it went you make your reservation or when you check in. On the first morning of your stay you must go to the front desk to claim the breakfast tickets for your entire stay. This rate is valid through your entire stay and will not be adjusted if you skip a breakfast. If during your stay you prefer to change to the regular rate you can do so by going to the Front Desk and requesting the change so future breakfasts won’t be charged.

Do you offer Room Service?
We do not offer this service in the hotel, but if you call the restaurant Caffe Pomodoro they’ll be glad to take your order and deliver it to your room (during their hours of service).
Is there a place where I can wash my clothes in the hotel?
Yes, we have a Laundromat on the 6th floor with two washers and two driers where you can wash clothes yourself. The cost is $1.50 per cycle and you can get change for quarters at the Front Desk and soap in one of the nearby stores.
I have some clothes that require Dry Cleaning, where can I have that done?
There are two laundry places within half a block of the hotel where you can take your clothes to be washed. If you leave the bill paid they will bring the clothes back to the hotel when they are done.
Is there a place near the hotel were you can buy some food and personal hygiene products?
Yes, there are a few small stores within half a block of the hotel were you can buy water, soda, toothpaste, food and any other basic item you may need. If you need something more elaborate you can walk two blocks to El Rey grocery store or to Arrocha Drug Store who both open 24 hours a day.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Ours is a Non Smoking Hotel were no smoking is allowed in any part of the hotel including the rooms, Lobby, hallways and common areas. This is a requisite from the Ministry of Health as stated in the Law Decree 13 from January 24, 2008.
If you smoke in the room the hotel will charge you a $150 cleaning fee.
Does the room have a Safety Deposit Box?
Each room has an electronic safe were you can store all your valuables including your laptop.
Do the rooms have internet?
Yes, we have WiFi in all the rooms and in the Lobby at no additional cost to registered guests. To get the access code you just need to call the Front Desk. We also have a Business Center in the Mezzanine were registered guests have access to 4 computers with internet connection.
I will be renting a car while in Panama, does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have safe parking in a lot right across the street from the hotel and it has no additional cost to hotel guests. Just validate the parking ticket at the Front Desk.
May I get directions from Tocumen International Airport to the Hotel?
When you leave the airport take a left around a turnabout.
Follow the signs to get onto the highway (Corredor Sur) on the right, going to Panama Centro or Paitilla (cuota).
You'll pass two toll booths, and pay 2.50 in tolls total.
Take the highway all the way to the end, through a tunnel, and keep left to exit onto Ave. Balboa. Don´t take the Viaducto.
Once on Ave. Balboa follow this road until the first traffic light and take a right onto Ave. Federico Boyd.
Stay on this road, and on the 3rd traffic light take a right onto Ave. Eusebio A. Morales.
Drive for two blocks to another traffic light, cross it and we'll be immediately to your left at the corner.
How do I get the hotel from the Bridge of the Americas?
Right after you cross the bridge inbound, follow the signs to Ave. de los Martires.
Follow that road past one traffic light, under a new overpass, and to the second traffic light.
Take a right on that second traffic light onto Ave Nacional which is a one way street with 5 lanes.
Stay on that road (it makes a sharp left turn), go under an overpass and a pedestrian crossing bridge until you see the big white and blue building that is the CSS (caja de seguro social hospital) on a corner, right after a very busy and messy bus stop.
Make a right on that road of CSS.
Follow it across two traffic lights, we'll be immediately to your left at the corner of the second light.
